One of the first steps to selecting a new site for a large company is gathering all the necessary data. Site selectors and their clients generally cast a wide net across many communities to find the ideal location for growing their business. This flyer was created to be shared with any and all parties interested in the Madison County Mega Site.

I was tasked with creating a totally new design that conveyed all the frequently requested data points while keeping a clean, appealing look for the viewer. There were specific needs for this product that included creating a custom map of the surrounding area, accurately and precisely placing utility and infrastructure lines, verifying all data was correct, collecting detailed information from multiple databases, and presenting this in a way that is easy to digest.

Soon after completing these flyers, I was asked to return to the site to capture a variety of 360 degree images with a drone that would then be incorporated into a deliverable map PDF. With just one click, the viewer would be sent to a webpage that displays the real-world view taken from my aircraft. This 360 view has also been enhanced to show nearby roads and neighboring businesses.
